In this class students will learn how to create their own unique watermark or logo in Photoshop. While there are companies that will create a watermark logo for you, the problem is that they all look very similar so this is an opportunity for students to learn how to create their own and save some money in the process. We will create a number of different water marks that can be used in a number of different ways and I will show you some creative ideas to make your watermark even more unique. Students will learn how to work with the text as well as how to shape and work text to create artistic and creative looks. Once the watermarks are created I will show you how they can be applied to your images in Photoshop as well as in lightroom. In addition I will also show you how to create and add your own signature if desired.
Design skills are not necessary for this class however students should possess basic skills in Photoshop such as knowing how to open files, navigate the program, have some familiarity with the tools and know how to create layers. In addition students should possess basic computer skills and have a laptop that is in good working condition that they can bring to class as this is a hands-on workshop.
With water marks that they can use on their own images and skills that they can use to further create additional watermarks on their own. Students will need to have a fairly recent version of Photoshop installed on their laptops, such as Photoshop 2016 or higher.
I’ve been asked to teach this many times so if you have been wanting to learn how to design and create your own signature look with a unique watermark that is different from the rest,, now is your chance! Hope you can join me for this fun class!
