In her book "My Last Supper" Melanie Dunea photographs and asks 50 great chefs worldwide what their last meal on Earth would be, what guests, the setting, what music would be played. We will be doing these meals twice a month and be covering great Chefs such as Alain Ducasse, Lidia Bastianich, Charlie Trotter, Eric Ripert, Lydia Shire, Helene Darroze and and 44 others! Tonight we will eat Elena Arzak's roasted potatoes with stuffed truffles, Wylie Dufresne's The Burger Recipe, Helene Darroze's My friend Suzie's best french fries in the world and finish with Raymond Blanc's Maman Blanc's apple tart.
