Tuesday, August 27, from 6-8pm. Since we have opened our kitchen, Mike Almonte has tended to the herb garden that we use every day. We are having this dinner to thank Mike for lending tastes to every dish we put out. Tonight, we will enjoy a mint-infused mojito, vichyssoise with sliced herbed buckwheat crepes, fennel roasted striped bass, loin of veal filled with Swiss chard, olives and roasted peppers, and finish with a stone fruit and lemon thyme crumble.
