We will dine on Scott Conant's seared foie gras and green apple risotto, screaming Gordon Ramsey's roast beef with red wine gravy, Yorkshire pudding and finish with April Bloomfield's banofee pie. We will drink bubbles, rose and Cabernet.
In her book "My Last Supper" Melanie Dunea's photographs and asks 50 great chefs worldwide what their last meal on Earth would be, what guests, the setting, what music would be played. We will be doing these meals twice a month and be covering great Chefs such as Alain Ducasse, Lidia Bastianich, Charlie Trotter, Eric Ripert, Lydia Shire, Helene Daroze and 44 others!!
