Julia's Birthday with Chef Joe Cizynski

Tuesday, August 20, from 6-8pm. Julia Child would have turned 107 on August 22! Just these few quotes from her let you know how she felt about great cooking. "Find something you're passionate about and keep tremendously interested in it." "You don't have to cook fancy or complicated masterpieces - just good food from fresh ingredients." "The only time to eat diet food is while you're waiting for the steak to cook." "The only real stumbling block is fear of failure. In cooking you've got to have a what-the-hell attitude." "Life itself is the proper binge." Let's enjoy some of her recipes. Escargots a la Bourgignonne, Coquilles St Jacques, Sole Meunierre and finish with Crepes Suzette. We will taste white and red wines from the Rhône. $65. To register, please call 508-394-7100.
